ABOUT THE WINERY...

The Northville Winery has been in business for over 20 years. It was started by previous owner, Vern Bodker and his son Chris as a small supplemental income to the cider business. It was sold to Cheryl and Rob Nelson, and Diane and Mel Jones along with the Cider Mill in 1991. The winery is now owned by Robb and Carina Nelson. The winery produces several alcoholic wines, three hard cider flavors and one non-alcoholic, sparkling cider.

Grape Wine:

-MICHIGAN RED - Fruity, red wine with a hint of sweetness. Blend of DeChaunac and Foch. Best when slightly chilled and served with simple everyday foods. (11%) -NIAGARA - a sweet, white wine. Made from the grape of the same name. Serve well chilled. (11%) -JUST WHITE - Semi-Dry, white, table wine. Blend of Seyval Blanc and Vignoles. Similar to a slightly dry wriesling. (11.5%) -MICHIGAN VIDAL BLANC - Dry white wine 11%


Apple Wine:

-HARD CIDER - a semi dry fermented cider 8.5% -CRIMSON DEW- Cherry Hard Cider 6% -BLUE RIVER - Blueberry Hard Cider 6% -CRANBERRY APPLE - A sweet but tart rose fruit wine 9% -SPARKLING APPLE - non-alcoholic.

Our retail space is currently a seasonal business and open from Labor Day till just before Thanksgiving. If you would like wine during our off season please contact us at 248.320.6507.
